Paul's pedigree is 1st class quality hairdressing. He has worked at the highest level for the worlds leading hairdressing companies. The people he has with him in each salon come from similar backgrounds and share his passion for quality and continual striving for excellence. His own company started in 1991 with a management buy out of three salons and nine employees from his previous employer. Today he employs over 60 Team Members across the six salons. “ I started with a very clear vision of how I wanted my salon group to be. The world did not need just another hairdressing salon. My team and I went about developing a business that was different on purpose. We concentrated on areas where we knew (through research) that clients wanted something different to their existing hairdresser. These areas were quality of hair colouring and hair cutting along with what we now call our X-Factor, that is giving the client the information and tools to recreate what we do in the salon at home.” 2006 has been a massively important year for Paul Bond, with two new salons opening, one in Broad Street Bath and the other in Baldwin Street, Bristol. Paul continues to develop his “Different on purpose” approach by introducing AT HOME RITUALS, to help clients recreate their new hair design at home and by re-inventing the traditional back wash areas of salons into Hair Spas.
